The services
Designer Dave provides custom website design and development services for businesses. The specific scope, timeline, and price of any project are agreed in writing (by email or a signed proposal) before work begins.
Quotes & payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due at launch. Payment terms for your project are set out in your proposal or invoice.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, feedback, and approvals needed to keep your project moving, and to confirm that you have the rights to any text, images, or logos you supply.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content created for you. We retain the right to show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Revisions & timelines
Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Timelines depend on timely feedback; significant delays in receiving content or approvals may shift the launch date.
Warranties & liability
We build websites with care and test them before launch, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
